Nunnington Hall, located in the tiny village of Nunnington near Helmsley, is one of Yorkshire's elegant and well-known stately homes, now in the care of the National Trust. The manor house dates at least to the 13th century and was once home to the doctor who served Henry VIII, Edward VI and Elizabeth I.
