Robin Hood's Bay is a popular destination in the Whitby area for the scenic cove that is home to a maze of narrow winding streets and tiny picturesque houses. A footpath leads from Whitby to the wee village or visitors can park on the high plateau above the cove and walk down the steep road to the beach, a string of pubs, gift shops and a tourist information centre.
