Located in the village of North Stainley on 70 ha (175 acres), the Lightwater Valley Theme Park comprises a full-scale amusement park, a shopping village and a Birds of Prey Centre. Visitors can experience the thrill of Europe's longest roller coaster or enjoy nature's own thrill of watching the Birds of Prey's amazing flying shows featuring Golden Eagles, Gizmos and more. Or, for those wishing to miss the thrills in the air for those in the shops, there is plenty of shopping opportunities at the 2,780 sq m (30,000 sq ft) retail village.
